PERSONAL TRAINING
One to one personal training is one of the most effective ways to take control of your health and fitness. I come up with a strategy personal to you to achieve your goals, encouraging you to push to your full potential. I strive to motivate, inspire and make you accountable for your nutrition and fitness. I ensure you are spending time doing the right exercises with proper form. It really is a great investment into your health!
What’s Included
- Bespoke, 1-to-1 sessions focused entirely on you, your body, your goals, your pace. 
- Each session includes warm-up, strength work, mobility, and technique coaching. Option to add in nutrition support. 
- Sessions are held in a private studio typically up to 1 hour (depending on your preference) for flexibility. 
- Online access to your Personal Training Program, nutrition and activity tracker for guidance and support.

      No — all levels welcome. We adapt everything to your starting point.

      Comfortable gym wear, water bottle, everything else is provided. 
- 
      
        
      
      Once your doctor has cleared you for exercise, I’ll adjust everything to suit you, modifying workouts and focusing closely on safe technique so you can train without aggravating your injury.

      1-2 sessions per week is a great start. More if your schedule allows or your goals require it.

      All sessions are booked on a monthly basis and payment is required upfront before the month begins. 
- 
      
        
      
      I understand things happen, with enough notice, we’ll reschedule within the same month. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately that session is forfeited.
